Returns

Live plants cannot be returned once shipped, due to their perishable nature.
Non-plant items (e.g., pots, tools) may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.

We carefully pack all orders, but once items leave our facility, we are not responsible for damage caused during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
